Building a settlement for orphaned children, left by their parents or saved from abortion

Building a settlement for orphaned children, abandoned by their parents or saved from abortion, where we can provide them with optimal living and education conditions for 56 souls.

In this respect, by working with priests involved in the fight against abortion, we want to offer a concrete solution to pregnant women with difficult situations in family, material, psychological or other terms.

In Chapter 4, "Fraternal Charitable Activities", are presented the programs through which the inhabitants of Oneaga village will be able to benefit from the support of this Partnership between the Parish Church and the Nektarios Foundation.

In the following we present you the description of the functionality of the settlement building, as follows:

The building with a ground area of 400m2, will be built in the courtyard of the Parish Church on an area of 253m2, the remaining 322m2 which will ensure including the withdrawals of the building from the neighbourhoods, are made available by members of the Nektarios Foundation. The built-up area of the Settlement is 1400m2.

Basement: having Ac = 400m2, provides the technical spaces necessary for the thermal power plant, laundry, door, refrigeration room and warehouses by product category for: vegetables, fruits, flours and pasta, preserves, sanitary and hygienic materials under the specific storage conditions laid down in the legal regulations in force. A changing room with shower and toilet for the kitchen and dining room staff were also provided.

Ground floor: having Ac = 400m2, provides the following spaces and functions:

The main hall provides access to the seat of the settlement's dervent staff, as well as access to the sex-related toilets of the dining staff, as well as access to the floors and attic.

Hthe secondary ol provides access to the Kitchen, pantry and dining room. The dining room and kitchen have a capacity of service for a maximum of 100 people under the conditions of absolute compliance with all hygienic-sanitary regulations in force.

The 1st floor, having Ac = 400m2, consists of:

The stairwell and corridor provide access to: living room, library and bedrooms.

The living room has the function of kindergarten.

Bedrooms provide accommodation for 26 children and a husband and wife family who will serve as educator-supervisor.

The sanitary groups are each equipped with: shower cabins, closets and lavatories.

The 2nd floor, having Ac = 400m2, consists of:

The stairwell and corridor provide access to: living room, library and bedrooms.

The living room has the function of kindergarten.

Bedrooms provide accommodation for 26 children and a husband and wife family who will serve as educator-supervisor.

The sanitary groups are each equipped with: shower cabins, closets and lavatories.

The attic, having Ac = 200m2, is composed of:

The stairwell provides access to: study room, and studios for volunteers/visitors.

The study room provides the space to prepare themes as well as for cultural-educational activities. Garsoneries provide accommodation for 9 volunteers/visitors.

2.Educational purpose:

Having the belief, that education and charity can crown our timeless earthly passage, we will strive to provide those who will live here in the living conditions presented in the previous chapter, an education and training, which will be instilled in the children of this settlement by the priests and priestesses involved in this work (Priest Ştefan Musteața, Priest Marian Macuc, Psychologist and Nurse Must Liviaeata , Professor and Social Worker Ana-Maria Macuc), thus creating in the light of the education received the chance to integrate these children into society as spiritually and professionally trained people, able in turn to educate and help their fellow human beings/p>

3.Modality of realization and administration:

All of this described above will be achieved through the powers of each of us, associates and project advisor, and through your support.

Leadership, organization and living within the settlement "Holy. Efrem the New" will be done in accordance with the principles of the operation of an obt, so that each member of this community will have rights and obligations according to the measure for both practical and educational purposes.

In order to ensure the food of the community, the self-support of the Settlement is pursued by establishing in partnership with S.C. AGROVET S.A., a farm and a household of its own, with the land owned by the associates which they make available to the Nektarios Foundation as well as other areas we wish to re-establish.

4.Projects for economic self-sustaining of the Settlement

The Nektarios Foundation will develop the documentation to obtain the financing of the following projects:

4.1. Establishment of agricultural farm for root cultivation, cereals to be used for both food and animals (40ha land leased by the Nektarios Foundation)

4.2. Establishment of a household on 2ha, where the following will be built:

4.2.1.Four greenhouses with a total area of 480m2, in which vegetables will be grown for fresh consumption and preservation;

4.2.2.Four warehouses (in total area of 8000m2) with treatment, packaging and storage of agricultural products and agricultural product collection centre;

4.2.3.Universal Craft Workshop;

4.2.4.Bird breeding;

4.3.Prisaca;

4.4.Grain mill and cold oil press;

4.5.Establishment of a willow plantation (5ha) to ensure the future of the wood needed for the fire (project in partnership with Cristești Town Hall)

4.6.Building a tourist information centre and a recreation camp and in a traditional rustic setting for cultural-educational activities, exchanges of experience, symposiums, work camps and volunteering. Also here in this oasis of peace and quiet, our sponsors and collaborators will be able to experience unforgettable moments with their families through specially designed thematic programs.

5.Fraternal charitable activities:

In order to help the Christian fraternal, by establishing the universal craft workshop, the grain mill and the oil press, it is desired to make these facilities available to the inhabitants of Oneaga village, in a partnership with the Cristeşti Town Hall.

Also given the additional capacity of the kitchen, the Nektarios Foundation can provide food for 44 people socially assisted by the Cristesti City Hall as part of a partnership.
