The story of Edward, told by a father who wants to save his child:

To begin with, we are a young, ambitious family that has always wanted to evolve. We very much wanted a child who, in the end, appeared in our lives and we enjoyed it enormously.
When Edward turned two months old, at a routine check-up with the pediatrician, it turned out to be a problem. For a start he told us it was a systolic blast, but the doctor asked us to go for a specialist check-up. So we did, and at that check-up it turned out that the diagnosis is DSV (ventricular septal defect) and, going to several doctors in the country for another opinion, all our hopes that the defect can heal spontaneously until the age of 2 years, have crumbled.
At the last check-up at Monza Hospital, we were told that surgery is mandatory because the heart cavity is already dilated and hence only complications; and so it was decided to be operated on 05.07.2016.
SINCER I wouldn't have asked for your help, but because I have a minimum wage and on this salary a rather suffocating credit, I can't handle it in such a short time. In addition to being emotionally destabilized, we are also very concerned about the financial side, which assumes that within 3 weeks we will raise 4500 Euros.
