The hero who saves lives, Vlad Plăcintă - President of the "Save a Heart" Organization from Botoșani, received the "Man of the Year" award during a grand gala, broadcasted by TVR on the last day of the year, a true spectacle of entertainment and touching stories, dedicated to people with beautiful souls, who have made extraordinary gestures and deeds for their fellow human beings and for society.
