With a heart full of emotion and gratitude, I address today all who, through their support and faith, helped me get here. Having won the title of "Leader of the Year 2023" at the ninth edition of the Itsy Bitsy Gala – Leaders for Leaders 2024, I feel a huge responsibility, but also a special honor. This is not only a recognition of my work, but a tribute to all the courageous projects carried out in 2023, which aimed to create a better universe for children.

Every moment spent in these projects was a life lesson, an opportunity to see the world through the eyes of those most in need of support, understanding and love. The dedication and involvement of the leaders I have had the honor to collaborate with have been my inspiration and driving force behind each initiative.

The award I receive today, on the magnificent stage of Le Chateau - The Castle in the heart of Bucharest, is a symbol of hope and positive change that together we can bring to our society. It is a sign of appreciation for all leaders who, day after day, choose to go one step forward and make a difference in our communities.

I want to dedicate this award to every child, parent in Romania, because they are the true heroes in this journey. Every smile, every gleam in their eyes is the most precious reward for our work. This recognition reinforces my commitment to continue fighting for a world where every child has access to education, health and happiness, a world where parents and teachers are supported and valued for the essential role they play in shaping the future.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this honor and for the trust you have placed in me. Together, we are stronger, and together, we will continue to build a brighter future for all of Romania's children. Let's join forces and move forward with courage, passion and determination, because, as we have demonstrated so far, together we can make a difference.
