Hello! I haven't written in a while. 

Alexander had a break of almost a month in treatment because of a tooth that became infected and he had to take it  out and recover from this problem. Now he has resumed treatment and, talking to the doctor who is in charge of his case, he will restart immunotherapy in small quantities up to the amount that his body will bear. The last session in December was with a target therapy that he will receive until the 7th month, responding well to it. The treatment performs it weekly, and immunotherapy will do it 2 weeks until the MRI in March. 

We are still raising the €10,000 for a therapy recommended by the oncologist. Thank you and we hope you will continue to join us. Good health to all!

December 20th is the day I spent hours in the hospital... It was the day Alex was operated on and the disease was declared at the final stage. This day is one when I had to think rationally again as in the case of the eldest girl and sign for surgery.  Thank God, everything went well in both cases. 

Yes, it's still fighting this disease, but thanks to your help. and to God we can say relieved that we have reached 1 year. I remind you that Alexander received half a year of chances at life. As before, we will still hope for miracles. Alex is a strong man and loved by God and especially his guardian angel has illuminated our way up here.

I haven't written in a while😓, I've restarted the service. Alex feels fine, does alternative medicine, many treatments are injected daily into his body and unfortunately they are not settled by the state😓. Only a heavy metal analysis cost us 700 lei, the supplements another 815 lei, and the treatment for this month we have not yet paid - the costs exceed 2,500 lei. We are financially 😓😓😓 exhausted!

At the beginning of the coming year we will go to Brasov for the Hipec therapy (about 10,000 EUR). A lot of money has been spent so far, which we have raised with your help. Please don't leave us! Please help us as before how you can 🙏🙏🙏 , with a donation, a distribution, anything!

Alex came out of the surgery well. It was not possible to remove the stomach, just a slight cleaning. The disease is still in progression. After the surgical recovery will begin palliative treatment.

I haven't written in a while, we were caught because of some thorough checks in the country for Alex. Today he was hospitalized at the indications of oncologists, and tomorrow he will undergo surgery in which he tries to remove the stomach.

5 days... 6,000 euros... Every penny counts, every distribution, every prayer. We have reached a financial impasse, we are desperate, we cannot stop there. 

Today I talked to the doctor. Initially we wanted to stop the treatment, but the doctor said clearly: "Do not make fun of all the result on the last hundred meters!". It follows 6 months in which Alex will receive only immunotherapy in smaller and smaller quantities until the treatment is stopped. The first session costs us 6,000 euros. The treatment will be administered with the help of a lady exceptional doctor who has accepted this treatment on the recommendation of the Turkish doctor. 

You all know that initially we started with € 8,000 and we reached almost € 40,000 that we have collected with your help. and of the association, but now we can no longer financially bear the continuation here in Turkey. Please join us on the last hundred meters!

Following severe side effects after treatment, Alex remained hospitalized 😓 . They found him a large infection in the body, 10 days he will sit on the antibiotic.

Now he is at home, but his moods are not the best. We hope to get out of this situation! For now, we don't know for sure if immunotherapy triggered this problem. Being a severe treatment, it also has many side effects, between them the risk of infections.

If it is established that from this he started, the treatment will be stopped. We'll keep you posted.

Alex receives today the penultimate chemotherapy session with immunotherapy, after which he will do a PET-CT. Following discussions with the doctor, it was established that if he kept the current results, he would only do immunotherapy for a year, once every 3 weeks . A session costs €2,500. Alex again had an adverse reaction to the treatment and feels quite dizzy, with vomiting, a condition that will last at least a week ...

267 days and we continue . In these days that have passed I sit and think about how many films I have made in my head about my husband, some dramatic, some horror, some action. Now I try to create the one with a happy ending, knowing that there is little left to go .

If I were to now put on paper everything from the moments of watershed and fear to the joy and ecstasy experienced when I learned that God had once again put His power on the loved one, healing him from stage 4 cancer, I would not get the words learned up to this age to express everything. I would not get to express how much God has worked through you, those who have helped and continue to support us in order to preserve this result obtained through your prayers, your donations, your distributions. Surely all of you who have been with us have chosen this path, if you do not turn your face to the Lord, He is the director of our lives, only He can change its course. He lifts us up when we fall into despair and we forget about Him, showing us that He is there through the people. I can only write what He creates, that's how much I have the power, and you do what you feel.

In closing I just want to thank you for being the angels sent in our way by Him and you are praying with us as characters in this film. May the persons of good God multiply them!

All our lives we learn things, but something that cannot be learned is how to deal with these things. 😭 At just 26 years old, instead of learning to keep a family, to be the pillar of the house, Alexander has become a sick man who needs help.

When the wife and child are most in need of a manly power, of financial support, they all crumble because of the terrible CANCER diagnosis. A mother, a wife does not cope with such great pressure no matter how strong it may be, the child pulls on her, the debts, now and the stress that she could lose the person meant to support 😭 her .

With tears in her eyes, the woman asks for help so that her husband can receive further treatment. Every lion counts, every distribution and, most importantly, every prayer for the daddy of only 26 years old! 

Please, help me somehow, I don't know what to do anymore! I want to save Alex! There are still a few days until it's been 6 months since we've been here. Money has been raised for treatment only up to this point and I cannot accept the idea that now I have to collect my luggage and go home. I can not look at my husband and tell him that I have failed and I can no longer help 😓 him .

I don't think there is more struggle than what is in my soul. I fought alone for Andreea, who is fine now, and I don't want to lose the fight for Alex. I am on the ground, I have forgotten about myself, everything, I hate that Romania does not offer him the necessary treatment, I hate the fact that I cannot support him financially. I am also human, I give in, I unbalance myself mentally every day I wipe away my tears, I go on, but inside I am naked, I can 😓😓😓 no longer ! Help me, I do not know what to do anymore, I do not want anything for me, I want my little girl not to grow up without a father, I can not accept that now, when she responds to treatment, when she has chances, I will stop!

The bank presses us, we have a seizure on the car, he is on the road to healing, but everything changes when I get those proformas... How can I explain to Sofia, at 2 years old, that Daddy will not be anymore, how?!! I am not an influential person to be able to attract attention, I have tried in all possible ways and I do not cope anymore 😭😭😭 !

I would like people to break from them at least 1€, but I can't force them to do that, I can only ask them with all my heart to think about my Alexander, about our family! I'm desperate, I can't anymore! 😭😭😭

Alexander received the treatment, the allergy withdrew, there were problems with the thread he has in his abdomen for gastrostomy. In two weeks, he will do PET-CT - if the result is positive, as we sincerely hope, this thread will be removed by the doctor.

Alexander gained a little more weight, the treatment shows its effects by his general condition: for 3-4 days he vomits, he has a bad mood, but after these days when chemotherapy and immunotherapy are in the body, he feels much better. We hope you will join us after PET-CT. Even if the result is impeccable, another 3 months of treatment worth over 20,000 euros will follow.

Now I have left the hospital. Today was the last chemotherapy session with immunotherapy in the given session. What we can tell you is that we left disappointed - Alexander did not receive the treatment because of an allergy. On Monday we return to the clinic after, these days, he will take Dexamethasone and undergo clinical tests and examinations again to receive approval for the last session. The PET CT is expected. After these 3 months we hope for a miracle!

Days go by, the longing for home, for family and the intense treatment that Alex makes leave their mark not only physically, but also emotionally.

The last treatment session, following some stomach problems, needed additional analyzes. It is not clear from what the problems arose, but they passed after 4 days of treatment. Now we are at the hospital for the penultimate immunotherapy session with chemotherapy and in a month we will do PET-CT.

The analyzes are good, we hope that we will not have any more problems and that these two sessions will pass as well. This unforeseen situation has also increased our costs here 😪 . Analyzes, treatment, hospitalization... all costs. Please continue to join us!

The last treatment session, following vomiting with fever and chills that persisted all day, Alexander was taken to the emergency room. Following the analyzes and investigations made, the doctors decided to stop the treatment that was about 15 hours left. He was found to have an upper respiratory tract infection. Now it's good, it has nothing left. The analyzes made today show that he got rid of the infection and is being given the treatment again. We hope that we will not encounter any more problems.

Today I was with Alex, there I met Sofia, Alex's little girl, with whom I had a girl talk.

Me: Bubulina, what are you doing here?
Sofia: Daddy!
Me: Do you want us to go play in the park?
Sofia: Nooo, daddy has would, ufff (showing me her tummy) 😓😓
Me: Daddy doesn't have a wound.

The child looks me in the eye and rushes to her father, stripped down to half on the hospital bed, showing me the bandage on her father's abdomen and the remaining scar. A sound that gives you the creeps is this child's response: "Yeah, daddy wounded!" 😭😭😭

Sofia is only 2 years old but her intelligence broke my soul.She 😭stays with her daddy throughout the treatment, she does not leave his side! 😓😓Most of all, she wants to go home with her daddy, to meet with her older sister, who also went through the same pain 2 years ago. 😭😭😭

Folks, I ask you from the bottom of my heart 🙏🙏🙏, your least help can save Sofia's daddy! Their income is less than 500$ a month. They came to Turkey because the doctors at home did not give Alex any chance of survival. 1$, 2$, 5€ or 10€ are very welcome for the Zaharescus! Perhaps for many of us, these donations have no value, but for them they matter so much! 

Thank you for all your help so far! Yesterday, on 19.03.2021, Mr. Vlad Placinte paid a first proforma of € 11,000, but the rest of 12,000 we do not know where to pay them. In the account we only have 57 euros left. 

We were notified of the amount that remained. Despair already appears, we no longer have resources, we no longer know where to get the necessary money . Please help us with a share, with a donation, anything! Time is running out quickly and we will be pulled up our sleeves to pay, in order to continue Alex's treatment. 

I have often been asked why we do not come to Romania... Because in our country there is no immunotherapy for Alex's disease, treatment that helped him make progress. 

If it was just chemotherapy, yes, I was already at home, I was no longer sitting among strangers, but immunotherapy is his only chance! I got 6 more cures, of course very expensive. I don't know what's next, but in life I set out to have Alex finish this treatment session. I can't imagine after so much hassle where to get the other amount needed to at least finish this session. After that financial resources have been exhausted, I being raising the child will have to go back to work, ending maternal leave.

Today I started the first session of the 6 in the treatment plan. Alex is slowly starting to become drowsy, it will follow almost a week in which the state of nausea and fatigue will take hold of him 😪 . That's not what scares us, but the necessary amount we don't have yet is our😑 concern.

Today I found out the result of PET-CT.It's 🙏a surprisingly good one, God loves us! Alexander no longer has metastases and no carcinomatosis is seen anymore. Only the footprints where they were remained.

However, the treatment continues for the main tumor. I received the plan for another 3 months, namely 6 sessions of chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

The costs are very high to continue and cover the recommended treatment. We need $23,000, which we don't have. 😓 We kind of ask you to help us! Thank you all!

Today we did PET-CT, and on Monday or Tuesday we are going to get the answer. For reasons of protection for me and for the child, I could not enter with Alexander this time. He says that the substance has been much more concentrated now - instead of one syringe he was given two - and we have to stay at a distance for 12 hours.

He feels good, he's a little tired, otherwise he's OK. We hope the result is as positive as Alexander.

From today in a week we're going to do PET-CT. We sincerely hope that this will be part of a miracle😇. Alexander feels after chemotherapy, he still has the feeling of nausea, he eats a little, but for a week this is how he feels it, during which of course he loses up to 2 kg. In this interval between chemotherapy and immunotherapy he manages to regain them remaining at the weight of 51 kg. 

I kindly ask you to continue to be with us because even if a positive result follows , Alexander still has the tumor in his stomach that could not be removed, from what the doctors told us. When he was operated on he was the size of a manly 😔 fist .

When I say "a miracle" about PET-CT, it is about the carcinomatosis that exists. We hope that they will back down, so that they can move on to the next stage of treatment, either radiotherapy or tumor extraction surgery. Again, it will be extremely large sums, which we do not have. The thought that we will not be able to carry out the treatment further presses us, but as before we put our trust in God and in people.

Today Alexander was back on chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The effects are already appearing - it is drowsy, with a mild state of nausea. We pray to the Good Lord that together with your help we will get the long-awaited result on the 15th, when Alex will do PET-CT.

I also talked to the doctor, he is delighted with how he presents himself and that he has gained weight. I remind you that, when leaving Romania, it had reached 42.8 kg. Now it has 51 kg and analyzes close to normal.

Following the discussion with the doctor, after the PET-CT result, we will find out what fruits the treatment gives, if we continue it or change it.

Alexander was accompanied and unsuspected from the eye at the analyzes by the main encourager, Sofia. He follows his path to healing. As a parent it is very hard to know that you have a child of no 2 years old who wants to play with you and not be able to play because "Daddy has a sore". This is how every day passes when our little girl kisses Daddy and carefully puts herself in her arms, waiting for her to get well.

Tomorrow will be the first day when the little girl will be with us when Daddy does chemotherapy with immunotherapy, followed by a week in which Alexandru will sleep almost all day .

After this session we are waiting to receive a good answer regarding the treatment, and we will do PET-CT. 

Alexander did his first immunotherapy today. He feels very tired, has a feeling of nausea.

Only 2 sessions of immunotherapy will follow, liver tests show that it is starting to load. It's going to do PET-CT. 

The costs for 2 sessions of immunotherapy with another 2 of chemotherapy amount to € 6,000. 😓

The long-awaited result has come - Alexander is fit for immunotherapy!

Yesterday 3.03.2022 I did only analyzes but because of an itch of Alex's skin he was not administered chemotherapy, he made an infusion for allergy and will start a medical treatment for it .

Today but the itching has disappeared i was administered chemo,has a little anemia in the rest Alex is fine .

Behold, if we pray to God, He answers us, and if we give of our little, we receive tenfold. The results have arrived. They show that if the body responds to the current treatment, Alexander will be able to follow the treatment with immunotherapy, increasing the chances of survival by 65%. These treatments are very expensive. So let's donate from our little, and show again that we can save souls.

Alexandru Zaharescu also finished the 3rd session of chemotherapy, following the analyzes performed before it, we also received the oncologist's approval for leaving. My disappointment as a wife is that the state in Romania is not able in such situations to provide doctors with the necessary equipment for the chance to life of some people in this state, besides that doctors are powerless and give some bad predictions that any person in question is obliged to refrain from giving in, remaining to go on the hand of strangers .
Indeed life has shown us that without God can not ,I'm confident that God loves my husband and I see this through the short time in which so many people mobilized to help us ,through Alex who feels so good ,even doctors are surprised "I did not expect to feel so good,is surprising" are the words of Alexandru's doctor.

We want to leave on February 10 ,The Turks are waiting for us the problem are money we do not know what plan we will receive as we will cost and we fight for these 8 thousand euros . On the 20th when Alexandru did chemotherapy began to shed a bile fluid after 2 days of visits to the emergency hospital Pantelimon they managed to figure out why the vomit and to reassure us that it is only about bile. Alexander's condition remained deficient with sensations of vomiting ,dizziness and weight loss must be able to leave reached 43 kg from 80 ajutati-na .
