After a long and hard battle, little Alexandru Barabaş lost the battle with the ruthless CANCER, but WON the eternal Kingdom. Today, with sorrowful hearts, we gather to remember his courage and strength, the love that illuminated the path despite the darkness that surrounded him. The pain of his parents is indescribable in words, a pain that penetrates the depths of the soul and stirs our hearts.

In the face of this tragic destiny, 2,552 good souls united and formed a retaining wall around little Alexander, a child of only 4 years. With every day of struggle, with every prayer and gesture of generosity, we have witnessed human solidarity and compassion. Together, we fought for him, and even though his fragile body could not overcome the disease, our love and community overcame every obstacle.

Today, Alexander lives in the eternal Kingdom, far from the pain and suffering that marked his short life. We all mourn his loss, but take solace in  the fact that his pure soul now flies free and happy. He left behind a lesson in courage, strength and unity for all of us.

Lately, we are getting a bit difficult in the fight against cancer. After the surgery, Alex has recovered, but he cannot yet breathe on his own. Extubation was tried a second time today, but he is very weak and still has water to expel from his brain. 

The doctor is positive and hopeful, and so are we. For 10 days he will be intubated, during which he will receive treatment to assimilate in kilograms and release water from the brain. The good part is that he is aware, hears us, reacts and even smiles. He is our powerful hero who teaches us to fight new forces day by day.

Our dear people with loving souls, we have not told you anything more about us because Alexander had a few more tiring days. Those mischievous metastases in the brain area produced a nasty hydrocephalus that prevented further chemotherapy treatment. 

Last night, Alex showed us once again how powerful he is. Hydrocephalus involved an urgent operation to mount a shunt. We waited 24 hours to give you good news. He's stable, he opens his eyes, he reacts. We recover quickly because we have to continue the war with the monster in his head.

Hello, folks! The long-awaited MRI results have also arrived. We have not so good news, we have numerous metastases. It seems that this new  chemotherapy treatment, although it was very powerful, nevertheless for Alexander did not work. 

The good part is that the doctors noticed this in time and that is why this MRI was requested earlier than planned. The Board of Oncologists decided to change chemotherapy again. Alexandru is currently receiving antibiotic treatment, after which he will begin İCE chemotherapy. After two cures, new investigations will be made.

Today, with tears in my eyes, but also with hope in my heart, I write to you about Alex's difficult journey. I completed my second course of chemotherapy, a process that takes place in three essential stages.

We start with a full day of treatments through the port, lasting 48 hours. Then, on day 8, Alex receives two chemotherapy drugs through the same port. And finally, on the 15th day, one more vital medicine through the port. After this, his little heart begins to recover, to find its strength.

On Monday, next week, we prepare with confidence and fear for the third cure. We entrust our destiny into the hands of the Divine, always saying, "God help!" 🙏

I address you, good people and compassionate hearts: I ask you from the bottom of my soul to help us pull Alex out of this battle with cancer. Without treatment, the tumor can spread rapidly, and the thought is unbearable. With trembling hands and hearts full of hope, I implore you to support us. 🙏

Today, Alexander had the catheter port put in and blood samples taken for analysis. We will also do physiotherapy and look forward to the results. We hope they will be good so that tomorrow chemotherapy can begin. 🙏 God help!

So began Alexander's sad story, a beginning full of suffering and uncertainty. For 3 months, I lived a real hell. A dangerous operation was required to perform a simple biopsy, and everything took a frightening turn when a serious infection was mistaken for an ear tumor. The incorrect diagnosis was a shock: "BRAIN TUMOR... "

In those moments, I heard the worst words possible: "NO CHANCE." I did not give up, but neither did I accept the verdict of that doctor from Moldova. We decided to seek help in Turkey.

8 months of treatment have already passed in Turkey, and miracles are beginning to appear. Alexander's ear is now clear, the lines of his face have almost completely regenerated, and his eye can now tear. Before, when she cried from the infection, she had no tears. The soft tissues of the face recovered.

The truth is that it was not a brain tumor, but rhabdomyosarcoma. Now, we are fighting this tumor directly. I beg you, I beg you from the bottom of my heart, help us overcome this terrible disease.

Cancer is not a death sentence, but if we stop treatment, the tumor will begin to spread throughout the body. Please don't abandon us, folks. It helps save a child's life, because he is strong and fights with all his might for life.
