At 4 p.m. he was out of surgery. I spoke to Dr. Neurosurgeon who had the surgery and announced that his condition is still very critical, and is reserved in terms of his chances. He was in Intensive Care intubated and connected to machines. I hope God will make a miracle and recover. We pray to the Good Lord and hope that our prayers will be answered 🙏 🙏 🙏 DOAMS HELP HIM TO REVIEW

After the last post Alexander had surgery where they removed the valve from his sun and put an external drain on him. Since then he's been in an induced coma and effectively the body is fighting for survival. He also had a form of septicaemia. Now we have been notified that even external drainage only works and will have to be rushed into operation. The risks are very high as I was told that he would not resist. I hope God will help him get out of the operating room. I ask everyone to pray for him and God to make a miracle. WOMAN DO NOT KNOW IT

I received many messages about how I arrived and what Alexander's condition was, but I was not able to write. We arrived from Turkey that evening by Ambulance and as they had said with the PONDERAS, we expect him to be admitted and consulted by a urologist, neurologist and nephrologist. We arrived in the emergency room of PONDERAS Hospital where he was consulted by the urologist, they took tests for the urine summary, they analyzed some MRIs and CTs, and then they told us that the urine summary is ok that there is a small infection, that the kidneys are functioning normally, although there are still those kidney stones, and that they will do blood tests to see if the infection is in the blood and not to be septicemia. In the meantime, they also gave him a dorsal debridement of phimosis because he had an edema following the installation of that urinary probe. His blood test results came back and they told us that it wasn't septicaemia, that the tests were pretty good, and that his problem was neurosurgical or neurological. That's when I asked to admit him, because he had to continue his infusion treatment because he had swallowing problems and was unable to take the medication orally. They refused admission on the grounds that they did not have a neurologist and neurosurgeon on call, and effectively said to seek rescue to take him home, which we did after all the insistence of interning him and keeping him there under medical supervision until the morning when the doctors arrived.

All this was communicated to us after they announced the costs of 5136 lei for the two analyses and that dorsal debridement of phimosis . We started calling the hospitals to admit him, and we couldn't, everywhere they said, both at private and state hospitals, that they don't have places in the UPU and only if there's an operation can they admit him, otherwise we'll go to a doctor's consultation. The rescue came and we took him home and we continued during the next day to go with the medical documents to all private hospitals in order to be able to admit him what was impossible, we searched both in Bucharest and in Cluj or Timişoara. His condition had deteriorated because he had no infusions in for hydration and treatment was suddenly stopped. We notified the doctor in Turkey, claiming that it is not a neurosurgical problem, even with the intention of going back to Turkey with him. I got in touch with the ambulance and had spoken that evening to come at 22.00 to go back, which did not happen because after another discussion with the doctor in Turkey he said that he should be admitted and rushed to treatment, to have a nasogastric probe fitted to him to be fed and to be able to take the oral treatment he had , and let's not put Alexander back on the road. That night we found a nurse who came to mount that nasogastric probe, but she couldn't stay with her for only an hour and we had to get her out. In the morning, I called a nurse from a home-schooling firm, and I asked her to collect her tests and put that probe on her. That lady refused and said to try to get him to the hospital urgently because his condition is critical, and they will harvest tests and put the probe in the hospital. Finally with his help

Cancer Andrei

I managed to get to the Municipal and received it in UPU for evaluation. After taking a brain CT, a doctor came and told us that his condition was critical and he may only get to the morning. At that point Neli fell down and it took the intervention of the doctors, and they put her on the IVs. Neli later recovered. The doctor who told us this news told us that he had a strong inflammation in the meninges, a leptomeningitis, that the brain had detached from the meninges due to excessive drainage of the shunt, effectively the ventricles being glued to each other. He was kept in therapy and later moved to neurology on isolation until the Covid results came out. I succeeded in dimi

the next day I checked myself in with him in a reserve for a fee. I got in touch with the neurologist who took care of him before he went to Turkey and he told me that his condition is not ok, that his brain is inflamed, that the tumor he had is inflamed and enlarged, and because of this he also has problems with his breathing and his vision. He had a nasogastric probe fitted and began to continue treatment both orally on that probe and infused. I managed to put him in touch with the doctor in Turkey, because the one in Turkey keeps claiming that he did the job well. After consulting him and Mrs. Doctor neurosurgeon decided that if i don't intervene urgently to stop the sun, death may occur. On 27.04.2021 around noon they made an incision and stopped his swarm to accumulate cerebrospinal fluid in his ventricles. That afternoon Alexander began to have trouble breathing, with saturation dropping from 97.98 to 70, after which he recovered. These episodes began to repeat more often and that's when they put on his oxygen mask. Near midnight with an oxygen mask given close to maximum saturation began to drop below 90.Au the Intensive Care were notified and they intubated him urgently, sucked him into the lung and put him on CT. He was lowered into intensive care and picked up by doctors from where they sedated him and did everything possible to stabilize his condition. The next morning they did another CT scan to see if the ventricles had been pulled and if the sun was draining. At the moment he is in the same condition, however it is good that his condition has not worsened,he is still sedated, the neurologist said that it is good that he moved his legs and fingers after trying his reflexes and we have to wait for him to get out of the state of sedation. Today they gave him a lumbar puncture and gave the cerebrospinal fluid to pathology and tests, to see what a bacteriological nature the infection from the meninges is and if somehow the shunting got infected. Next tomorrow to do another CT to see how the drainage works. At the moment they said that if the sun is not infected it will not be the operation, they will follow the drainage. We hope that the Good Lord will be with him as he has been until now and succeed in the Great Week to make a miracle and recover, and with the help of God and our prayers and all who have prayed all this time for Alexander to have good news in the days to come, because I know that Alexander is a warrior and will not give in. 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏

This morning at 10.00 a.m. the Ambulance and Alexandru and Neli will leave for Romania accompanied by the medical crew of the ambulance. Alexander will be taken directly to PONDERAS Hospital on Nicolae Caramfil Blvd. Thank you to Mr. Vlad Placinta who helped us financially to pay for the ambulance transport.

Why I was afraid that one of us would give in, this happened. Yesterday it was 3 days since Neli is on infusions, she having a severe depression succumbing mentally and physically. She is given infusions of vitamins and antidepressants and other medications, her condition not being too good she is very weak. . Alexander's condition is not ok either, he can't swallow, he has the same confusion, problems with balance and displacement, although after so long yesterday the CRP had dropped to 27 mg/l, we don't know how long it will be today. Those who took him from the Er wanted to put a nasogastric tube in for artificial feeding, but we refused at the moment because we are afraid of another infection. Today I want to have a discussion with Dr. Türker from the Prof.Dr. team. SERDAR BAKI because Prof.Dr. SERDAR BAKI until Thursday is not in hospital due to health problems, and to have once again confirmation that Alexander's condition regarding the problems with his brain is ok, and then I will look for an ambulance and I will bring Alexander to the country where we will admit him to the Hospital, Queen Mary, where our family has already contacted a urologist and an infectionist, and they said that we can intern one of us with him because he needs help at the moment. Prof.Dr. team. SERDAR BAKI I'm sure they've done their job right and I hope there's no other problems with the shun, but on the part of the Urology and Infectious doctors, we don't understand anything about Alexander's condition. It's like we're going around in circles, he's being doused with drugs, and his condition isn't stable. We will have to pay the hospitalisation for both Alexander and Neli and there will also be the costs of transport by ambulance and supervision by the medical staff during transport, costs that will reach around 7000...8000 euros depending on the price at which we find the Ambulance. I know that you have been with us all these 8 months, both financially and morally, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I ask you with one last effort to join us so that I can pay these expenses.

Last Friday on 02.04.2021 I was with Alexander at Medical Park Florya for tests and brain MRI. Prof. Dr. SERDAR BAKI has announced that the infection is at 178mg/l and the MRI came out well, that tumor that he still has has not grown and there is no question of surgery, the problems at present are from this infection caused by these kidney stones and low immunity. Last Saturday on 03.04.2021 at 06.30 Alexander asked the toilet to urinate. While he was on the toilet bowl he started to get very confused, to see all kinds of stuff on the walls. I lifted him off the toilet and at that point he started to close and open his left eye very quickly, then his mouth clenched and he started to squirm and he fell down into the bathroom and only breathed. I breathed mouth-to-mouth and he started breathing and then I opened his mouth because it was very clenched and I restrained his tongue. I took him out of the bathroom and Put him to bed and in about 5-10 minutes he had the second seizure. The blood pressure was 20 and the pulse was very high. We notified doctors at Medical Park Florya and they sent us a rescue from the hospital. Those moments until the ambulance arrived, it felt like they were forever. We've been awfully scared. When he had that coma in December we were very scared but he was in the hospital and the doctors were next to him, but now being home alone with him was something scary,I honestly thought we were losing him. He was transported to the hospital at Medical Park Florya in the ER and was given antiepileptic drugs and blood transfusions. We were told that he had an epileptic seizure and that he had a very high anaemia. He stayed until 20.00 at the transfusions and then I went to the apartment and did not stay in the hospital due to the cost (3500 euros/week). That day alone cost us almost 1400 euros plus that we had paid the day before for tests, ANMR another 1500 euros. These checks that Alexander makes every 5-7 days at the hospital for tests, consultations, possible MRI, CT, ultrasounds and treatment cost around 1200-1500 euros each visit, which is financially difficult for us at the moment. Yesterday (Friday 09. 04.2021) I returned to the check-up at Medical Park Florya, they took blood and urine tests and the result was that the infection had decreased to 87 mg/l but there were problems with sodium having it dropped below the limit, and he had to give him infusions. Treatment with infusion antibiotics has been extended and will continue treatment with pills (18 pills per day). We were hoping for a seizure and next week we'd have good blood and urine tests, and next week he'll also have a kidney check-up (CT, ultrasound). I wanted to write these lines right after what happened but I wasn't able, it was too big a shock, but I know for a fact that GOD won't let him and will take care of him. On 17.04.2021 we do 8 months since we are in Turkey and hope on 15.04. 2021 when it will be Alexander's birthday, we hope to be home but this is not possible at the moment and we will still have a state. 🙏 🙏 🙏 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all who are with you both financially and morally and god bless you

It's been two weeks since Alex was discharged. If on discharge CRP was 80 mg/l after 4 days it had increased to 270 mg/l.There was again a fight with this infection caused by these kidney stones, had the same states of confusion and coordination problems, was given two other infusion antibiotics and a nurse from the team PROF. DR. SERDAR BAKI comes every evening and administers these infusions. On Monday we went back to the tests at Medical Park Florya and following the results of the infection had dropped to 170 mg/l. PROF. DR. SERDAR BAKI announced that on Friday Alexander would do a brain MRI, which we hoped would come out OK and have no other surprises, but they announced that we would not be able to go home even if the MRI result would be favorable, until his condition with regard to this infection would be stabilized. From this antibiotic treatment he has to do another 10 days and with God's help we hope to decrease this infection. We don't know what will happen after that or how long we stay, it all depends on his health how he improves. Thank you for your messages and for your moral and financial support. GOD BLESS YOU

Today Alexander did a week since his new stends were fitted to his urinary canals. A very difficult week in terms of the evolution of the infection, because if at the time of surgery the value of the infection was 160 mg/l two days after the installation of the stents it reached 274 mg/l a very high value. Because of this Alexander's condition was very critical he having seizures, feverish state and very large moments of delirium and inability to speak and move. I was given 3 infusion antibiotics plus 10 pills (antibiotics, anti-inflammatory, antiepileptic), and following this treatment today the CRP value has decreased to 87 mg/l a still very high value given that the normal value is between 0-5 mg/l, but it is a good thing that it has started to respond to antibiotics and stends work. On Saturday he had a cerebral, lumbar and thoracic CT with contrast and today on the visit of PROF. DR. SERDAR BAKI we were notified that due to the bacterium that caused the infection in the urinary tract it produced an inflammation that exceeded the immunological barrier having low immunity and this inflammation reached the brain and because of this it has all these states of convulsions, delirium and inability to express and move, but with this antibiotic treatment its condition will improve and will recover when the infection drops below the 5 mg/l threshold. Regarding the CT we were also notified that the brain came out well, that the sun works as the tumor has never grown, and the lumbar and thoracic is ok. If the infection drops to the normal limit and there are no further complications and it will be ok from a communication point of view, the trip has announced that it will discharge Alexander (in about 2 weeks) and we will be able to come 😥 😥 HOME to Romania and we will 😥 😥 return after 4-6 weeks to Neurosurgical, Oncological and Stend control. He made this decision because he saw that both Alexander, who for him was a horror for all this time, and we reached the end of his powers, this last admission has so far totaled over 3 and a half months on 11 March we are 4 months old, and on 17 March 7 months since we are in Turkey of which 6 months we have been in the hospital only. He will continue with chemotherapy treatment so as not to sea this remaining tumor and possibly do a few more sessions of Radiotherapy afterwards. Thank you to all of you who have been with us so far morally and financially and to all who continue to be with us so that we can meet the expenses related to hospitalization and God bless you and give God to see us as soon as possible HOME🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

Last night Alexander's condition wasn't very good. This morning after the blood tests were taken we received the result that the infection had passed the 160 mg/l threshold, increased instead of decreasing after yesterday at noon had dropped to 124 mg/l. He began to cause the fever to delirious badly and his condition worsened. After the control of the urologist he announced that his right kidney has increased, due to the blockage with kidney stones of the urinary canal, and will have to urgently put it in the operating room for the installation of stends and will not wait until tomorrow when the surgery was scheduled. Today at 15.00 (Romania 14.00) will enter the operating room. 🙏 🙏 🙏 WOMAN HELP🙏🙏🙏

Last week after the kidney surgery I had a discussion with the urologist and we were notified that 60% of his kidney stones had been removed from his left kidney, his urinary ducts had been released and for his right kidney he would have to do some ultrasound sessions to break these kidney stones. A week followed in which Alexander's condition was not very good, due to the anesthesia and the surgery he had. This morning Alexander entered the operating room to remove the stents because due to a urinary infection they or infected and there was a risk of endangering the snow. I was hoping everything would go well but this problem with the infection that I hope will get over in no time. 🙏🙏🙏 WOMAN HELP 🙏🙏🙏

This morning at 08.00 Alexander entered the operating room for kidney surgery, for the installation of stends on the urinary canals and the elimination of kidney stones. In addition to all the other operations to which Alexander was subjected this intervention is not a very difficult intervention, the only problem is anesthesia because he has suffered many over the course of almost six months. We trust PROF. DR. SEMIH AYAN and his team that everything will go well and with the help of good God Alexander will get over this attempt, and I hope there will be no complications. Thank you all for your messages of encouragement and moral and financial support

Yesterday 01.02. 2021 Alexander has completed the sessions of Radiotherapy. They were still supposed to have the last session today but they decided yesterday to stop the sessions. In six weeks he will do an MRI with contrast substance, and in the coming days he will do a CT with contrast substance. Antibiotics have also been stopped because the infection has reached the 0% threshold which is a good thing. Today at the afternoon visit PROF. DR. SERDAR BAKI announced that he has established with the surgeon from Urology PROF. Dr. SEMIH AYAN and on Monday will enter the first surgery for the installation of stends on the urinary canals, and certainly with the help of the Good Lord🙏Alexandru will pass well over this intervention without further complications. We are easy to wait for them to recover from Radiotherapy and get rid of these side effects, but we are seeing progress in balance today managing to move much better. Thank you all for your messages and for your moral and financial support 🙏🙏GOD WELCOME your 🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

Now he's in the operating room for the eighth time and I was hoping it would be his last. Prof. DR. SERDAR BAKI's team of doctors will surgically intervene to reassemble the stub, and has announced that it will also keep the drain for at least 12 hours in case there are problems with the swind and it will be rejected by the body. We pray to the Good Lord that everything will go well not to cause problems and to be able to continue the sessions of Radiotherapy, which until now from what we have been announced have yielded good results after the first 10 sessions

Hello... Yesterday Alexander made the mask for Radiotherapy, possibly today or Monday to start the first session,at the moment we are waiting for the results of the tests to be able to start. For Thursday, December 24. 2020 is scheduled surgery for the installation of the sun, following whether everything will be all right after the surgery to continue the sessions of Radiotherapy. Also yesterday we were notified of the decision of PROF. DR. SERDAR BAKI to remain hospitalized Alexander and after the surgery and for the entire period during the sessions of Radiotherapy, because his condition is not stable and still having problems, will be monitored 24 hours to avoid complications, and in case of emergency to be able to intervene quickly. We have also been told the costs which are higher than what we have been notified, and that is because he will have to stay hospitalized. These are two proforma invoices issued in the amount of EUR 30000 (EUR 12000/EUR 18000). By the Lord's goodwill

Vlad Placinta

from the Association "Save a Heart" which has been with us from the beginning, through the Association representing it has been made the payment of the first invoice of 12000 euros (this money will have to be recovered from donations individuals or companies on the association's account) and we will pay the second invoice.

🙏❤️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all for everything you do for Alexander, for your financial and moral support, for the various actions organized to collect donations, and GOD TO WELCOME you and have peaceful Holidays with your loved ones. WOMAN HELP ❤️🙏

Alexander's condition is stable at the moment, opened his eyes he managed to speak, he recognized us. The doctor said it's a miracle from God where he recovered so quickly from his coma and we'll have to be patient and he'll recover but it'll take a few more days. It's monitored and connected to oxygen, blood pressure... Pulse.. saturation are within normal limits. THANK YOU TO GOD that he listened to our prayers.

I begin first of all by thanking you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who have been with us morally and financially for so many months 🙏 🙏 ❤️ ❤️ GOD TO WELCOME ❤️ ❤️ 🙏 🙏 Today We have done 92 days since we were in Istanbul desperately trying to find the path to healing of Alexander after learning the terrible news of his diagnosis, that of Papilloma Koroid Plexus, a tumor that is spread throughout the brain. After the last post where I announced that Alexander is admitted to Medical Park Florya on 07.11. 2020 I discharged his condition not very good on discharge, but due to a severe depression arising from the very long time spent on his hospital bed the doctor decided that it is better to discharge him and keep him under supervision and treatment at the apartment where we live in Istanbul and try to lift his spirits. At the time of his discharge, Alexander could only move around in a wheelchair and his mental state was not very good. On 11.11.2020 at 22.00 I returned to Medical Park Florya to the Emergency Service where he re-examined PROF. Dr. SERDAR BAKI and was re-interned because the last operation had actually opened after it had previously been almost healed, and pus had formed at the level of the operation. It seems that all this was due to that treatment with ALTUZAN because it did not allow the wound to heal yet. Treatment that I have stopped and I hope he will stop administering it because he has very severe side effects and the body does not tolerate him. Prof. Dr. SERDAR BAKI gave him an emergency local and intravenous antibiotic and applied other staples after cleaning the site. He underwent infusion treatment with various antibiotics and blood tests plus CT-uri.Am been notified that the swarm was not infected and that he would not have to undergo surgery at the moment, unless the infection was endangered. At the moment when I write these lines Alexander's condition is better, it is stable, the wound heals well, he has not had an infection and he has managed to move with our help, having small problems of balance and coordination, problems that we hope to remedy in no time. We are now waiting for the operation to be cured 100%, the blood tests to be within normal parameters and then we can start the sessions of Radiotherapy and have satisfactory results. We pray to the Good Lord that there will be other complications that will make it difficult for us to start Radiotherapy. There will be around 45 meetings from what we have been announced which will involve quite high costs. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts once again and we know that GOD will not let us and we will be able to come home with Alexander victorious. WOMAN HELP🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏🙏

On Thursday I was in the Er at Acibadem Hospital in Maslak at 12.00 because Alexander was feeling sick and I stayed until 17.00. At 20.30 we returned to the same hospital because his condition had not improved and they kept him until Friday at 12.00.Apart from two CTs, one thoracic and one cerebral and some blood tests did not do anything to him, but it cost us 13000TL (almost 1400 euros). I don't want to do a bad advertisement to the hospital because it's a hospital with good references (here we also have the oncologist who administers the treatment with Altuzan) but the Emergency Service left me a bitter taste relative to promptness/price. At 2 p.m. on Friday, we arrived at the Park Medical Hospital in Florya after contacting Prof. Dr. Serdar Baki and said to come with him as a matter of urgency. This is where the doctors from the PROF. Dr. Serdar Baki team waited for us and immediately put him on IVs and gave him treatment. It appears that the side effects of treatment with ALTUZAN speak their word and would also have an infection in the lungs. We pray to the Good Lord that no further complications would arise. He is currently hospitalized and is being monitored and undergoing treatment, his condition is not very good, he cannot move and communicate hard. We are waiting for him to recover from treatment. I would like to thank Mrs. Narci Nargıs and Prof. Dr. SERDAR BAKI and all her medical team dealing with Alexander, and Mr. Vlad Placinta of the Association, Save a Heart, for their help. Thank you to all of you who are with us morally and financially, and we wish that day will come when we will have only good news. There are times when we break down but your messages give us strength and lift us from below to continue this fight and give Alexander strength not to give in and win this battle with 🙏 🙏 🙏 GOD's disease to WELCOME 🙏 🙏 🙏 YOU HELP🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went to the ACIBADEM hospital in Maslak today. I spoke to the hematologist and he announced that the results of the biopsies came out. The diagnosis is of Papilloma Coroid Plexus of the 1st degree. The problem is that this papilloma is located in the area where the slot is mounted. He said he would undergo severe treatment based on cytostatics, but this would be determined by his oncologist. The consultation followed with the oncologist who, after studying the medical file, informed us that he would meet a medical board with the neurosurgeon, neurologist, and the hematologist, where they would decide whether to start treatment with cytostatics or surgically intervene to exterminate the tumor (papilloma), and to undergo treatment with Radiotherapy after the operation. Tomorrow morning at 10.30 we will have a meeting with the neurosurgeon at Medical Park Florya and we will find out what decision they have made, and what the costs will be. 🙏 🙏 🙏 WOMAN HELPS TO BE GOOD ALEXANDRU🙏🙏🙏

Today we have done 61 days since we are in Istanbul, and we have learned the terrible news about Alexander's diagnosis. There were over 45 days of hospitalization, four surgeries and a lot of suffering and pain for him. Last week was a new attempt for him, after performing another CT they announced that the operations are ok, the shun works well but a papilloma (tumor) that was in the area where the stalk had mounted and with the valve developed rapidly, having a severe evolution within a few days of the CT performed previously, and there was the possibility of blocking the functioning of the valve and blocking the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid. The neurosurgeon immediately gave cortisone at a higher dose and announced that we would have to go to a hematologist, oncologist, neurologist to finalize the diagnosis because it is a rare autoimmune disease and an exact final diagnosis should be made to establish treatment because the papillomas have a severe development. Neurochirugicalally it's fine, but the cause of these papillomas on the brain must be found. He followed the consultation with the hematologist and neurologist at Acibadem Hospital in Maslak, where he did some thorough blood tests, and the blades from all biopsies were left to do further tests. We are going to get a response and continue the investigations with the oncologist, where it is possible to intervene with Radiotherapy. Today all the staples and wires have been removed, his condition is better after taking cortisone, there are still problems with vision and balance, but there is an obvious improvement, and we pray that there is no problem. THANK YOU to all for your financial and moral support, for the messages we have received that have given us the strength not to give in and Alexander to be able to overcome these difficult trials, for your prayers, and to the Good Lord that he has taken care of Alexander who will surely emerge victorious from this struggle. GOD WELCOME YOU 🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️❤️

Following medical visits after the operation and discussions with the neuroghirug doctor we were notified that the operation is healing well, there are no inflamed or infected areas, the mounted sun works normally. Alexander's condition is better and we pray to God that no other complications occur and his recovery proceeds normally in order to be able to continue medical investigations. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all who are with us financially and morally, and with the help of good God Alexander to continue to fight and come the day when the victor will return home ... 🙏 🙏 🙏 WOMAN HELP AND GOOD GOD TO WELCOME YOU

Exactly the complication of which we were most afraid happened. Today, following another CT, it was revealed that he had hydrocephalus (excess cerebrospinal fluid in the brain). Tomorrow morning he will enter for the fourth time in surgery to install a Sunt and a Valve that will drain the cerebrospinal fluid into the peritoneal cavity. There are risks but I hope we get over them and God help him get out of this trial. We still need your help both morally and financially and your prayers. Thank you for everything you do and God save you from trouble and protect you!!

It's been a rough night for Alexander, in a lot of pain. Today the neurosurgeon came to visit, changed the bandage and said that the wound is ok and that we will have to wait a few more days to avoid further complications. Regarding the biopsy he said he has some preliminary results but he's waiting for the final results, and the tumor removed from the cerebellum is not malignant but it would be Papilloma choroid plexus and possibly an autoimmune disease, but it doesn't rule until it has the final results. You will have to do in two weeks (thanks to yesterday's intervention you will have to wait for the wound to heal well) a biopsy to the lymph nodes. We thank everyone for your messages and for your help and the Good Lord for being able to get through this step. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️

Now he's entered the operating room for the third time. Due to the accumulation of cerebrospinal fluid and a suppuration, the neurosurgeon decided after performing the CT to intervene on the second operation and drain the site. God help us get through this 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Now he's on the ward of Intensive Care. The doctor said that the operation went well, that it also removed this tumor from the cerebellum that blocked the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid and gave it to the biopsy (it will be done by two pathologies to have a more accurate result) and hoped to have a good result not to be of malignant origin. He told us that depending on the outcome he would decide the next steps to be taken because there were other smaller tumors but these two needed to be removed urgently in order not to endanger his life at any time. We have been informed that after receiving the result, which we hoped will be a good one, there will be treatment that will require us to stay at least another month in Turkey in Istanbul, which involves other costs for treatment and accommodation. He will have to stay in the hospital for at least 10 more days because they have announced that he will have a one-week period in which he will have some problems with his balance, vision and walking, until he regains his motor functions at his normal level. They said not to worry because it's normal after the operation given that the intervention was at the cerebellum. We thank the Good Lord that we have managed to get through the second operation and thank you for your financial and moral support and for the hundreds of messages of encouragement we have received from you.

Today I spoke to the neurosurgeon and following the pathological results he announced that the tumor given at the biopsy is not malignant, but will have to intervene for the excision of intraventricular tumors that are in the cerebellum and can always block the circulation of cerebrospinal fluid being fatal such a situation. Tomorrow she will go into surgery for a second time, her tumor will be removed and she will be sent for a biopsy. I hope with the help of the Good Lord and all who have been with us to get through this second attempt. WOMAN HELP

I spoke to the doctor and he said that the operation went well, that he removed the 2 cm tumor and sent it to pathology and rushed things to have in about 3. 4 days the result.... We'll have to wait and then we'll know exactly what's next about the other 1 cm.... I was hoping there wouldn't be any more surgery... Alexander is conscious lysing has vomiting and pain (said the doctor that they are normal after surgery, let's not worry), got out of bed and went backed by us and tomorrow will certainly be better.

Alex's story

WhenIwas at home, I felloff myfeet andI couldn't walkanymore, because I had no strength,no balance to supportmyself...

It seems unbelievable what Alexandru Ciorniciuc says, especially when you look at his pictures and see a boy of 22 years old, solid and self-confident. And yet, when it hits you, life doesn't ask you how many years, what physical condition you are in, or whether or not you want to grasp what comes next.

On August 17, the young man from Bucharest received terrible news - he has brain cancer. The diagnosis came from an MRI at a clinic in Turkey, after nearly half a year in hospitals across the country, trying to find out exactly what was going on.

Turkish specialists told him he had two tumors, but fortunately, the cancer did not spread to the other organs. Obviously, the formations must be removed, or Alexander will die.

The only chance at life is surgery that needs to be performed urgently. The procedure costs €15,000, plus post-operative treatment. If all goes well, there will be no need for a second intervention. If complications occur, the costs will increase drastically.

No one in the Ciorniciuc family was prepared for such a situation, nor morally, let us, much less financially. That is why these people appeal to all those who can extend a helping hand to them through a donation made in the accounts of the Save a Heart Association.

Any amount offered, either by bank card or by PayPal or sponsorship contract, can save Alexander from a tragic fate.

And if you want to help in the long run, you can do it with a recurring payment. During the campaign, you can constantly donate an amount of your choice.
