The little but powerful Gabriela is our new friend. She visits our clinic often, because she wants above all else, to be a healthy child. And so, any exercise performed together with Razvan (Recover therapist), does not find it difficult.

Gabriela's story

Near Black Friday, each of us wants to get the biggest discount on the thing we crastly want. The higher the wait, the more the impatience grows and we would give anything to receive faster what matters to us so much.

A maximum discount is also waiting for a little girl from Botosani, but her story differs greatly from ours. She doesn't want a lower price for any tablet, phone, or any other product that can be bought with money. Gabriela Turkey wants a maximum reduction in pain, problems that do not allow her to live her childhood peacefully.

The 12-year-old girl has been struggling since she was a child due to a deformities in the spine. From the age of 3 he wore a corset, but to no avail. The diagnosis of scoliosis (segmental posterior spondylolisyndez) does not let her fully feel the joys of a child in early adolescence, it forcibly matures it and extinguishes her optimism and confidence that life can be beautiful every day.

In addition to the disease itself, the poverty of the parents seems to amplify the suffering of the little one. Neither Daniela nor Petrica Turkey have a job, they live from agriculture and they barely manage to put on the table what is necessary to survive.

Basically, Gabriela's future depends on money. More precisely, of almost 88,000 lei, how much does the operation cost that can correct the position of the column and give him the chance of a better life. The girl's parents don't even dream of this amount, it's far too big for what they can ever succeed on their own.

That's why the little girl asked us to extend a helping hand to her and to take her out of the vicious circle of poverty and suffering. If we donate together as much as for Gabriela, she will really have the chance of a new beginning, she will be able to hope again, she will dream again, she will make plans for the future and she will go with her head held high, knowing that thanks to the generosity of the people, she will be able to fulfill her desires and live free from the constraints of the disease.
