Dear ones,
With a heart full of pain and emotion, we inform you that Daniel Doreanu, a young man of only 16 years, has passed away. Diagnosed with conventional chondrosarcoma of the right iliac wing, stage II/III, Daniel underwent three surgeries, fighting with courage and determination until the last moment.
The love and support she received from her loved ones gave her the strength to face this merciless disease. However, God decided to call him to Himself, giving him a little corner of Heaven where he could find eternal peace and tranquility.
The pain of losing Daniel is immense, but his memory will remain alive in our hearts. He was an example of courage and resilience, and the love and light he brought into our lives will never be forgotten.
During these difficult times, we pray that Daniel will find rest and watch over us from heaven. May his memory inspire us to be kinder, more empathetic, and more loving to one another.

Unfortunately, medical investigations have shown that for Daniel Dobreanu, aged 16, the only option is palliative treatment. His grave situation is deeply painful, and it is hard to accept that a teenager has to face such difficult times.
It is hard to accept and even harder to understand how such a young soul, at the beginning of the road in life, is forced to face such a trial. Every moment, every memory of Daniel reminds us of his smile, the dreams and hopes he shared, his courage and strength in the face of adversity. It is a test of the human spirit, of our ability to stay united, to offer support and unconditional love in the most difficult moments.

His journey was not easy, having already been backed by three heavy surgeries, each of them a battle in itself, but also a step forward towards healing.

The departure for Istanbul was marked by an avalanche of emotions - a mixture of hope, fear and determination. In this historic city, where Europe meets Asia, Daniel will continue his fight, surrounded by experts dedicated to his health.

Daniel's Struggle: The Journey of Courage and Hope
Daniel Andrei Dobreanu is a courageous fighter, whose story touches our hearts deeply. At just 5 years old, Daniel faced a major health challenge: a protruding bone in the left side of his back. Bravely, he underwent surgery at Grigore Alexandrescu Children's Hospital in Bucharest, hoping for a full recovery. For a while, everything seemed to be going well, but unfortunately the problem reappeared in the same place.
The pain of Daniel's mother is unimaginable. Every operation, every intervention was an attempt that left deep marks both physically and emotionally. "It's an ordeal to see your child suffer and there's nothing you can do to comfort them," she says with tears in her eyes. At night, pain keeps him awake, and during the day, he struggles to walk. Every step is a victory, but also a reminder of his ongoing struggle."
After several surgeries at Monza Hospital and being diagnosed with a malignant tumour, Daniel was sent to Marie Curie Hospital for cytostatics treatments. He started a new chapter of his fight in 2020, but unfortunately in 2022, his health did not improve.
Last year's Easter brought a new challenge. A medical emergency sent him back to Marie Curie Hospital, where doctors decided to put a colostomy and cytostoma bag on him. "After the surgery, he could barely walk," Daniel's mother recalls, with pain in her voice. "And now, her hip pain is so unbearable that she can't walk at all."
With hope and faith in the Good God, Daniel's family fights tirelessly to give him another chance at a better life. Their only hope now is a treatment at Liv Hospital Clinic in Turkey, under the supervision of Dr. Prof. Dr. Tulin Tiraje Celkan. The cost of investigations is $ 8360, an amount that far exceeds the family's possibilities.
This story is not only about suffering and pain, but also about hope, faith and the tireless struggle of a child and his family for a better life.
