The scoliosis surgery, masterfully performed by Dr. Alexandru Thenry on January 16, 2024, was more than a medical procedure. Giulia faces a number of complex conditions: scoliosis, marked hypotonia, spastic tetraparesis with trophic disorders, global developmental delay in a severe form, and psychomotor regression. In addition, a rare genetic mutation brought him severe neuromotor retardation, turning every day into a struggle for normalcy.

Despite these difficulties, Giulia's smile continues to illuminate the rooms she passes through, reminding us all of the power of the human spirit and the importance of hope.
