Izabela started radiotherapy this week and has sessions every Monday to Friday ,it keeps about 15-20 minutes at a meeting, at the moment thank God, feels good and during and after radiotherapy,a little dizziness and a minor state of nausea. At the moment I haven't been able to take pictures of her because they won't let me in with her, I don't know if along the way she'll let me even go into some room next door so I can take a picture of her. From joy to oc... A 19-year-old from Pitehadjust entered the Faculty of Letters when shelearned that she was suffering from arare andseriouscondition. Izabela Iordache was diagnosed with clivus cordom, a cancerous tumor that appears at the base of her skull.

She was admitted and operated on at Monza Hospital in Bucharest,where there is the most experienced surgical team (neurosurgery-ORL) in Romania for endoscopic treatment of clivus cordum. It was a difficult time for the whole family, both emotionally and financially. Intervention costs amounted to €7,500.

I didn't complain, but my struggle for healing is not over because we still have a very long way to go. For a complete cure, I have to go to Switzerland at the Paul Scherrer Institute,says Izabela.

The proton radiotherapy he can benefit from there costs €15,000. It wouldn't be an enormous amount, but the girl's parents spent everything they had on her treatment in the country. Even worse is that, being cancer, time passes to Izabela.
The young woman is at the beginning of her life. She doesn't deserve to lose the battle for survival, especially since she's a fighter, and we're a team of people who care and who together have saved so many lives!
