Today, Alexandra Nicoleta Mitroescu, a young woman of only 24 years old, arrived in Turkey with her soul full of emotions, but also of hope. After months of waiting and fighting, every step taken towards healing is a small victory.

Today was dedicated to all preoperative investigations, and the news is encouraging: the results are good, and this gives us confidence and courage. With tears of emotion and prayers in our hearts, we are waiting for tomorrow, when Alexandra will undergo surgery.

At 11:00 a.m., the skilled hands of the doctors will begin a difficult intervention, which will last 4-5 hours, to correct the severe scoliosis from which he suffers. Every hour, every moment will be full of prayers and hopes, because this is not just a medical intervention, but the chance for a new life for Alexandra.

 The Save a Heart Association paid the amount of 30,000 euros, the amount raised with the support of people with a big heart who believed in this dream. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts to all of you who donated, shared and stood by Alexandra on this journey.
