Following the MRI performed, it was noticed that the cranial tumor began to grow again and the symptoms that Cristina had before the treatment began to reappear. 
Unfortunately, other treatment options no longer exist. The tumor is very aggressive and resistant to any type of treatment. 😔

Cristina Moise managed to walk alone. We still have 5 days of Radiotherapy and the treatment is over. After completing the treatment, she will stay another week at the hotel after which if the analyzes come out good she will be able to return to the country following the regular check-ups.

Cristina Moise did today the 6th radiotherapy session. At first, the transport from the salon to the ward was possible only by bed, but from yesterday the little girl began to hold her head and can be transported by wheelchair. 

During this time she also receives therapeutic support, which also helps her a lot. Along with these therapies he is also given cytostatic treatment. Fortunately, the effect is beneficial and acts very quickly!

According to doctors, depending on the evolution, a medical council will be made to determine whether surgery can be performed.

Cristina's story

Until 3 weeks ago, Cristina Irina Moise, 12 years old, was a normal child, without health problems, at the award-winning and lively school. One morning, after waking up, she said her head was hurting. I didn't really give it importance, I gave him a paracetamol, but his pain did not pass and he persisted all day. 

The next morning, I had the shock of my life - the little girl was completely paralyzed on the right side! I called the rescue and urgently had surgery because a blood clot had been detected in my head. After a week, a shunt was fitted to him, and the most terrible news came from the MRI result. The little girl has a tumor on her brainstem, inoperable. The only chance is the treatment with radiation therapy and cytostatics, after which if possible it will be surgically intervened. 

Being guided by several friends, we decided to take the little girl and bring her to the Bahçelievler Park Medical Hospital in Turkey, because there is a team of doctors who are very experienced in this type of tumors. The treatment that will be given to her costs 26,700 euros and during this time given that the little girl is paralyzed, she will only stay in the hospital.

We are a modest family, from the countryside, with very low financial incomes (2,000 lei / month). I, my mother, am a housewife and my husband is a farmer. We love our little girl very much and we will do everything we can to save her. 

My heart breaks when he asks me: Mommy, am I going to die or am I going to heal?
