Olivia's story

Gifts are not always as we expect them, especially when they are given to us by life. For Cristina and Ciprian Marin, this year's holidays will be special after their family has arrived the first child, a little girl, but Olivia does not look as the two new parents expected.

The little one born prematurely came into the world with fetal ichthyosis (or Harlequin ichthyosis), a rare disease spread all over the skin of the body, which makes it look like armor with cracks and cracks. Because of the same ailment, the eyelids are turned over, the mouth remains open, and the hands and feet can barely be moved - the child resembles a clown doll in appearance (hence the name Harlequin of the disease).

For 3 weeks, Olivia is kept in a sterile incubator with heat, humid environment and constant care. The treatment costs € 30,000, and the family can no longer provide it, so that the little girl can get out of prematurity.

We believe in people who show humanity, empathy. Please help us get our living daughter out of the hospital and with a chance at normality, they ask us for help Cristina and Ciprian to save the child they wanted so much.

The story of the two 35-year-olds can continue with the happiness of clutching their daughter without fear and without pain, but for this we must be by their side.
