Hello our dears! Even though we haven't written anything about Eliana's evolution, we know that many of you are still waiting for news about Eliana! As I was telling you last time, the tumor relapsed even after radio proton therapy, then I followed a treatment in the research stage, the treatment of Memat at klinica in Regenzburg " which unfortunately did not result on the tumor, in the last 3 months the tumor has increased f much, requiring another operation, after many searches and negative answers I found a Prof Neurosurgeon who agreed to do the operation! On 26 02 2021 Eliana was admitted to Klinikum Recths der Isar in Munich for her third operation in the last two years! Prof Dr Dernhard Mayer and the klinikum Recths der Isar team of Doctors after an intervention that lasted 4 hours giving the cervical spine out of the way were able to reject the Tumor 95%,

After the operation Eliana was transferred to Klinica specialized children in Munich , Klinikum Dritter Orden on the Intensive Care Unit for stabilization and recovery post operator ! These are hard times for Eliana! ,at the moment can not swallow, feed! Today he had his gastric probe fitted so he could be fed! ! The tumor was sent to the laboratory for molecular study/analysis, and depending on the result to give us an individual treatment on the type of Tumor in question., a targeted molecular treatment!

As you know Eliana is a fighter, she wants to win the battle with this disease, and we as parents have a duty to make the impossible possible, we do not want and cannot give up the fight, against all the statistics and predictions of the Doctors we do not lose hope and confidence that after all the evil we have been through will come and the day when we will announce that we have defeated this fucking disease! Today Eliana went back into the operating room to have a RICKHAM implanted, this procedure comes following the decision of the committee of doctors who analyzed the MRI images of 2 October, at the last MRI it is found that the tumor has not increased as a result of the treatment of MEMMAT ,which Eliana had 3 months , decided to be another and more effective protocol scheme with the help of this implant ,the treatment will be done directly in the tumor , Find more effectively and with the hope that Eliana can be cured ,thank you for good thoughts and help !

We're fine we've done 26 irradiations we've got six sessions left! It was all good doctors here are confident Eliana looks good! His hair fell out a little bit in the area where he irradiated, but that's the last thing we think of! 🙏to end the irradiation! We're a little panicked with the Corona crisis too, we're hoping we'll all get over it all! After we finish here we talked to the Tumorbord committee, they still recommend that we stay here for surveillance and thorough checks the next period! As you know on March 2nd Eliana had her first proton radiotherapy session, entered the room to be sedated crying and saying she was afraid😢! Eliana arrived in Germany we had the first medical investigations. He's been made a special mask for proton radiation! Monday will be the first irradiation! It's going to be a very long period of 8 weeks 5 days a week and every time anesthetized! We keep you updated with information and news. We hope that all the news will be good! Thank you

Eliana's on the last hundred meters. Her triumph is healing. Eliana has done the last necessary tests in Sibiu...... has her passport issued....... Her favorite toys will be packed with her clothes......... and on 18.02.2020 with her parents John and Simona, take will fly to Germany. The first necessary consultations and proton therapy will begin on 20.02.2020. It was a rocky road, a road that no one can cross. But parents John and Simona along with the angel ELIANA did not let themselves be defeated by cancer. ElyANA is not yet cured, but we have hopes that the clinic in Heidelberg can make the impossible possible. On the last hundred meters ELIANA will have to be as strong as it was before. It will follow starting from 02.03.2020 radiation with proton namely 33 sessions. Which means that Eliana Zilinic, from Monday to Friday, will be completely anesthetized for every eraser. I will be put a special mask to fix the head on the take and finally will be radiated with rays containing proton. This daily intervention will take a total of about 4 hours. Monday to Friday. Today on 16.01.2020 at 07:30 in the morning, ELIANA under the gaze of simona's mother, was taken by the nurses of the ward and transported to the operating room where Dr.Prof.Ioan Stefan Florian was ready for the second surgery of the last 7 months. Very hard and sad hours followed.
