We recently completed a new round of medical investigations, an essential step in understanding and managing primary pulmonary hypertension – a rare and dangerous disease we face. The result of the angiography, performed yesterday, brings us encouraging news. The doctor confirmed that the result is very good. This does not mean that our fight is over, but that we have learned more about our opponent.

As we face this disease, we must be aware of the costs associated with treatment. One of the essential medicines we use costs 500 euros per box. It is a significant but essential financial effort to keep the disease under control and allow a life as close to normal as possible.

Recent analyzes also indicate a predisposition to rheumatism. At this point, it is uncertain whether these rheumatological crises are directly related to pulmonary hypertension or whether they are two distinct conditions. We trust our medical team and their ability to provide us with answers as the disease progresses.

This morning we are with our thoughts and hearts close to you, sending you our warmest positive thoughts and hopes from Turkey, where we continue to seek answers and solutions for the health of our dear Xenia.

We want to share with you that, every day, we make great strides in our medical journey. The team of specialists who surround us is totally dedicated to providing an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Currently, the hypothesis of a hereditary condition, Reino's disease, is outlined, a complex problem related to blood circulation and which can cause various symptoms, including rheumatism and increased sensitivity to cold.

In these delicate moments, we are comforted by the news that Xenia has already started a treatment that seems to bring signs of improvement. With every pill she swallows, we feel that we are getting closer to healing, to better days, to moments when Xenia will once again be able to enjoy childhood properly.

Even if the journey is a difficult one, we are comforted by hope and desire to see the light at the end of the tunnel. We infinitely appreciate the fact that, in these moments, we benefit from the support of a rheumatologist professor, an expert in his field, who joined the medical team to give us the best advice and recommendations.

In these moments, more than ever, we feel that unity, hope and love are the most powerful medicines. We feed ourselves with hope and faith that, together, we will be able to overcome this trial.

Today is a day full of hope and good news, one that brings light into our souls after a period so full of worries and fears. From the sterile room of the hospital, we are told news that warms our hearts: Xenia is on the right path to recovery.

Following a complex intervention, doctors managed to identify and partially solve the health problem Xenia was facing. During angiography, a diagnostic medical procedure that allows visualization of blood vessels, the medical team discovered the source of the health problems the young woman was struggling with.

With great skill, doctors introduced oxygen into his lungs, a crucial step in reducing pulmonary hypertension. Such progress is not only a sign of the competence of the medical team, but also a witness to the struggle and resilience Xenia has shown during this difficult time.

Now, in the hospital room, Xenia gradually finds her strength. The smile that begins to brighten his face speaks of relieving pain, lowering tension and, above all, hope that begins to be reborn in his soul.

At this point, doctors are optimistic and are already preparing for the next step in the recovery process. We are talking about a stage that involves prescribing a drug treatment, adapted to the specific needs of Xenia. The treatment will be administered under the close supervision of specialists, thus ensuring that every detail is taken into account to guarantee the best possible result.

For the coming week, Xenia will remain in hospital, where she will be closely monitored. Every progress, every sign of improvement will be recorded, and doctors will adapt their treatment strategy according to the evolution of her health.

Today was the day I stepped into the white and sterile universe of the hospital, a place where every moment seems to be charged with a mixture of hope and anxiety. We are here, together, trying to adapt to the rhythm of this place, where every second seems to have a deep meaning.

We started with the investigations, an endless series of tests and analyzes that demanded us to the maximum. Each procedure brings with it both a certain physical discomfort and an expectation loaded with complex emotions: the hope that we will receive good news, the fear of the unknown, but also the courage to face everything that stands in our way, next to us.

My heart tightens in my chest as I think of everything you are about to cross, my dear Xenia. And yet, in the midst of this emotional storm, I also feel a wave of immense admiration for your strength, for the way you keep strong and encouraging, even in the face of the unknown.

As the day progresses, we try to find peace in the small moments of respite: in a cup of warm tea, in the gentle words of the medical staff, who assure us that we are in good hands, and in the thought that each step forward brings us closer to the day when we can walk out the doors of the hospital with good news and renewed hopes.

I allow myself to dream of the days when we can truly laugh again, without the shadow of this trial that put our lives on pause. I can imagine how we will embrace, mourn and celebrate victory over this difficult time with hearts stronger and more united than ever.

And until then, Xenia, I want you to know that we are together in this, fearless and hopeful. Even in the hardest moments, we will hold hands, encouraging each other and finding light and beauty in the little things that bring us spontaneous smiles and make us feel human, even in this impersonal environment.
